I've seen only a couple of episodes of PB, so I don't have a clue who this rather nice looking gentleman is. Thing is, I'm sucker for black-silhuette guys like this. I can't help but love his black-without-lines-form and the tiny mullet. You rock >3<

Haha well, actually, I guess it's likely a lot of viewers don't like him, especially if you like any of the Fox River escapees.
He just totally hates on them throughout all of season 2 (Abruzziii...!). :'<
